This smooth drinking 100 proof is a blend of 4-5 of our 7-year-old Barrels. On the nose it hits first with Crème Brulee and Spice, followed by subtle notes of Caramel and Vanilla. The pallet starts with Baking Spices and hints of Brioche finishing slightly sweet on the tongue.
